森脇 和郎（もりわき かずお、1930年 - 2013年11月23日）は、日本の遺伝学者、哺乳類学者。国立遺伝学研究所名誉教授。
人物
1930年、東京生まれ[1](生命誌編集部 1998)。父は集団遺伝学者の森脇大五郎。
1954年東京大学理学部動物学科卒業、1959年同理学部研究科博士課程修了、1959年より国立遺伝学研究所細胞遺伝部研究員、1967年室長、1984年教授、1992年副所長(生命誌編集部 1998)。1964～1966年ミシガン大学哺乳動物遺伝学センターに留学し、1995年より総合研究大学院大学副学長となる(生命誌編集部 1998)。
1982年日本動物学会賞受賞。日本哺乳類学会賞、日本哺乳類学会特別賞、文部科学大臣表彰科学技術賞受賞。日本遺伝学会会長、日本実験動物学会会長などを歴任した(生命誌編集部 1998)。
