内田照章

内田 照章（うちだ てるあき、1927年2月24日 - 2020年2月25日）は、日本の哺乳類学者。九州大学名誉教授。

人物

1927年生まれ[1]。九州大学農学部動物学講座教授、学生部参与、評議員、日本学術会議委員[2]を歴任。

略歴

  • 1927年（昭和2年）2月24日岡山県生まれ[2]。
  • 1950年（昭和25年）3月28日、九州大学農学部畜産学科卒[2]。
  • 1950年（昭和25年）3月31日、九州大学農学部動物学講座助手[2]。
  • 1961年（昭和36年）3月15日、農学博士[2]。論文の題は「小翼手亜目の繁殖及び発生に関する研究」[3]。
  • 1967年（昭和42年）7月1日、九州大学農学部助教授に昇任、動物学講座勤務[2]。
  • 1971年（昭和46年）11月1日、九州大学農学部教授に昇任、動物学講座担当、九州大学大学院農学研究科指導教官[2]。
  • 1981年（昭和56年）4月1日、九州大学学生部参与[2]。
  • 1984年（昭和59年）6月29日、(日本哺乳動物学会)会長[2]。
  • 1985年（昭和60年）4月1日、九州大学評議員[2]。
  • 1987年（昭和62年）1月1日、日本哺乳類学会会長[2]。
  • 1988年（昭和63年）9月20日、日本学術会議動物科学研究連絡委員会委員に再任[2]。
  • 1990年（平成2年）3月31日、九州大学定年退職[2]白石哲 1990。九州大学名誉教授。元日本哺乳類学会会長。日本哺乳類学会特別会員。
  • 2020年（令和2年）2月25日、死去。叙従四位、瑞宝中綬章追贈[4]。
