移民・市民権省

移民・市民権省（Department of Immigration and Citizenship, DIAC）は、かつて存在した(オーストラリア政府)（英語版）の機関。(移民)（英語版）、出入国管理、(市民権)（英語版）、民族事項、多文化事項を扱う。

略史

2001年 11月26日：移住・多文化事項省（Department of Immigration and Multicultural Affairs, DIMA）と、調停・アボリジニ・トレス諸島人事項省(Department of Reconciliation and Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Affairs)は合併し、移民・多文化・先住民事項庁（Department of Immigration and Multicultural and Indigenous Affairs, DIMIA）を形成。
2006年 1月27日：先住民事項の管轄が、家族・共同体サービス・先住民事項庁（Department of Families, Community Services and Indigenous Affairs）に移行。
2007年 1月23日：移住・市民権省（Department of Immigration and Citizenship）に改名
2008年7月：ケビン・ラッド政権は、義務拘留（mandatory detention）を終了。
2017年12月:内務省 (Department of Home Affairs (Australia) として再編され廃止。
