国際年（こくさいねん、英語：International Year）及び国連年（こくれんねん、英語：United Nations Year）とは、国際連合総会において採択・決議されるもので、特定の事項に対して特に重点的問題解決を国連をはじめ全世界の団体・個人に呼びかけるための期間のこと。さらに時間をかけて取り組むべき問題に対しては、国際の10年（英語：International Decade）または国連の10年（英語：United Nations Decade）として、10年間の期間を設定する。以下では両期間の呼びかけについて取り上げる。
