ロバート・コックス（Robert W. Cox, 1926年 - 2018年10月9日[1]）は、カナダの国際政治学者。専門は、国際政治経済学、国際組織論。
ケベック州モントリオール生まれ[1]。マギル大学で歴史学の修士号取得。国際労働機関（ILO）職員を経て、学究生活に入る。コロンビア大学教授を経て、カナダ・ヨーク大学名誉教授。
アントニオ・グラムシの思想を取り入れた国際関係論における(批判理論)の代表的論者。
