普通への偏愛

普通への偏愛（normophilia）またはノーモフィリアとは、普通らしさや規範を極端に愛好する病的状態、性的倒錯（異常性欲）。ICSB（衝動的・強迫的性行動）の一種であり^[1]、医学辞典では「慣習・宗教や法の命令に従う性愛傾向（Sexuoeroticism which conforms to the dictates of custom, religion or law）」とされる^[2]。「正常愛好」、「正常性愛」とも。

概要

「普通への偏愛」は性行動（SB）の一種であり、厳密には「衝動的・強迫的性行動（ICSB）」の一種に分類されている^[1]。

普通への偏愛とは「慣習的・宗教的または法的権威によって決められた基準を、性愛的に遵守している状態」である（マネー、1986年 266頁）。こうした種類のICSB〔衝動的・強迫的性行動〕は、ペア〔つがい〕関係への著しい干渉を引き起こす可能性がある（例えばコールマン、1991年、1995年）。 ［原文］Normophilia is "a condition of being erotosexually in conformity with the standard as dictated by customary, religious, or legal authority" (Money, 1986 p. 266). This type of ICSB can cause considerable interference in pair-bonding relationships (e.g., Coleman, 1991, 1995).^[1]

推定的な臨床症候群。特徴としては、性的衝動の経験、性的刺激のある幻想、性行動といったものが、反復発生的・強烈であり、日常生活へ苦悩〔困難〕を与えていること。 ［原文］putative clinical syndrome characterized by the experience of sexual urges, sexually arousing fantasies, and sexual behaviors that are recurrent, intense, and a distressful interference in one's daily life.^[3]

「普通への偏愛」という文化

普通への偏愛は「文化」である、という記述が『同性愛・異性愛・中間愛：性恋愛を案内する性科学（Gay, Straight, and In-Between: The Sexology of Erotic Orientation）』に書かれている^[4]。同書の示すところでは、オーラルセックスやアナルセックスを実行したり表現したりした人物が、「普通」ではない（すなわち病気や性格異常や犯罪である）と判断され、刑罰を受ける例がある^[4]。

普通への偏愛は文化であり、大きな歴史的・比較文化的流動性に繋げられて支配されている。

例えばメリーランド州やコロンビア特別区、そしてその他アメリカ合衆国のどこでも同様である。市民の性愛理想〔ラブマップ〕に口腔性行〔オーラルセックス〕が含まれている場合、もしそのような市民が口腔性行〔オーラルセックス〕を実行に移すと、病的なだけでなく異常性格で有罪である、と法的に定義されている。メリーランド州では、何らかの性愛理想〔ラブマップ〕における口腔性行〔オーラルセックス〕的な要素を表現すると、処罰を受ける。処罰内容は10年の懲役か1000ドルの罰金、または両方である。ジョージア州のソドミー法に対する1986年の最高裁判決が支持するところでは、全ての州は、口腔・肛門性行を犯罪とする法を備える権利がある。これらの性行における間柄は、同意し合っているパートナーの間柄とされており、性別も、既婚か未婚かも、異性愛か同性愛かも、年齢も考慮されない。

For example, in Maryland and the District of Columbia, as well as elsewhere in the in the United States, citizens whose lovemap includes oral sex, if they translate oral sex into practice, are legally defined not only as abnormal but as deviant and criminal. In Maryland, the penalty for expressing the oral-sex component of a lovemap is ten years of imprisonment or a 1000-dollar fine, or both. The 1986 Supreme Court ruling on the Georgia sodomy law upholds the right of all states to have laws that criminalize oral and anal sodomy between consenting partners of either sex, married or unmarried, heterosexual or homosexual, regardless of age.^[4]
