2019年11月21日、共和国のマハマドゥ・イソフー大統領は、国歌を変更するか、さらには変更することを決定したことを発表しました。 ビルジ・ラフィニ首相が議長を務める委員会は、「訂正を提供することで現在の国歌を反省する責任があります」と「可能であれば、ニジェールの現在の状況に対応する新しい国歌を見つけます」[4]。 2018年に作成され、政府の複数のメンバーと約15人の「執筆と作曲の経験のある専門家」で構成されています。
文化ルネッサンス大臣のアッサマナ・マラム・イッサは、「全国民を活性化できる賛美歌を見つけなければなりません。私たちにとって、愛国心に触れるための一種の戦争の叫びです。
