コリン・グレイ（Colin S. Gray、1943年12月29日 - 2020年2月27日[1]）は、イギリスの国際政治学者。専門は、戦略研究、軍事史、安全保障論、地政学。
概要
マンチェスター大学で修士号、オックスフォード大学で博士号を取得後に、教員としてランカスター大学、ヨーク大学、ブリティッシュコロンビア大学、ハル大学を経て、2000年から、レディング大学教授[2]。
ロンドンの国際戦略研究所・ワシントンD.C.のハドソン研究所なども勤務した。レーガン政権で大統領の一般諮問委員会を5年務めている[2]。スペースパワー（制宙権）を提唱し、戦略防衛構想(SDI)に影響を与えた[3]。米国および英国の政府顧問を務め、両国の国籍が付与されている[2]。
