エリース・ボールディング（Elise Boulding、1920年7月6日 - 2010年6月24日）は、ノルウェー・オスロ生まれの平和学者、社会学者。
アメリカ・ニュージャージー州在住であった。経済学者のケネス・E・ボールディングと結婚後、5人の子どもを育てながら、平和研究に取り組む。
1969年、ミシガン大学で社会学の博士号を取得。ダートマス大学名誉教授。(国際平和研究学会)（IPRA）の事務局長、国際連合大学の理事などを務めた。
20世紀後半における最も重要な平和運動家の一人とも言われる[1][2]。
2010年6月24日、マサチューセッツ州ニーダムの特別養護老人ホームにおいて、アルツハイマー病の合併症のため89歳で死去[3]。
