アンドリュース攻撃 (〈The Great Locomotive Chase〉又は、ミッチェルの襲撃、グレイト・ロコモーティヴ・チェイス 〈also known as Andrews' Raid or the Mitchel Raid〉)は、1862年の4月12日に、南北戦争中のジョージア州北部で行われた、襲撃事件である。

民間人ジェームズ・J・アンドリュースなどからなる北軍の義勇兵数名が、ジョージア州アトランタとテネシー州チャタヌーガを結ぶウェスタン・アンド・アトランティック鉄道で、朝食のために乗員乗客全員が降車していた列車から蒸気機関車「将軍号」（The General）を奪い、レールや鉄道橋や沿線の電信線を破壊しながら北へ進み、南軍のテネシー州への重要な補給線であった同鉄道を使用不能にしようとした。
南軍側は最初は手漕ぎトロッコで追いかけたが、途中で見つけた機関車を次々に乗り換え、最後は「テキサス号」（The Texas）を使って将軍号を追跡した。追われる北軍側は最終的にはチャタヌーガ手前で燃料切れのため将軍号を放棄して散開したが、次々に逮捕され裁判で絞首刑を宣告された。
この事件に関わった合衆国の軍人、ジェイコブ・パロットは、名誉勲章の第一受賞者になった[1]。
『キートンの大列車追跡』のポスター
この出来事は、グレイト・ロコモーティヴ・チェイス（大列車追跡、又は大列車競走、大列車強盗）と呼ばれ、ハリウッドのスター、バスター・キートンの『キートンの大列車追跡』や、ウォルト・ディズニーの『大機関車競走』などの映画に影響を与えた。
